The hotel rooms were large and nicely furnished in advance but faced an internal light well with not much light. The service was mostly not very friendly and helpful, although car hire, housekeeping, and laundry were all really kind. The location is fine, with Uber being a suitable mode of transportation. The dining options were basic with a consistent high standard, offering a big choice of breads, fruits, beverages, and coffee.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms, equipped with the same furniture as Hotel Sagres in Belem, offered better air conditioning. I stayed in room 312 which had an exceptionally nice view. While functional, the room was a bit unattractive. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.

The service at the hotel was nice, with most staff being friendly and helpful. Some of them were also fluent in English, which made communication easier. The staff members were all really kind and made me feel welcome during my stay.

The hotel is located in the city-center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. While the location is excellent, some areas nearby might not be the safest. However, with Uber, getting around is fine and places like Praca da Republica, Docas, and Grao Para are within walking distance.
